Solar Installer

Responsibilities:
• Installation and maintenance of solar equipment.
• Address customers questions and issues in a friendly, and informative way.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation starts at $12.00 - $16.00 – Depending On Experience
• Use of Company vehicle

Requirements:
• Must have a valid AZ Drivers License.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able/willing to travel overnight and across the state.

**Some installation and electrical experience preferred but we will train the right person**

Sales Rep Technicians
Allwest Energy, a fast growing company that specializes in solar and wind energy systems, is seeking Sales Representatives to expand our client base in the Maricopa, AZ area. This position is commission based only, with uncapped potential. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients/customers.
• Promote Solar/Electric saving equipment.
• Make cold calls throughout the day.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain Home Show Booths with side our other Sales Rep Technicians

Requirements:
• Must have/maintain a professional appearance.
• Must possess a valid AZ State driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.
